- Position focused on strategic planning, operational roadmaps, and operational excellence.
- Standardized documentation and processes for project architectures.
- Collaborated with technical and non-technical stakeholders to document needs, objectives, and implementation plans for key projects.
- Led the technical teams working on a major EMR conversion project, including integrating identity and network management processes between organizations on disparate networks.

- Performed advanced configuration of the Hospital's Microsoft AD/SCCM/Exchange/SQL stack.
- Participated in multi-departmental software and hardware implementation projects.
- Led implementation of Microsoft SCCM 2007, new remote support tools, and new Group Policy topology to simplify endpoint management for approximately 1500 endpoints and 400 servers.
- Worked with software, hardware, and medical equipment vendors and support staff to ensure proper operation of systems while also complying with security policy and regulations.
- Provided Tier III support assistance to other staff for complex problems that spanned the endpoint, datacenter, network, and identity disciplines.
